How the BiblioBase was edited

Behind the data, books and researchers

With the BiblioBase, we publish a list of books consigned by 19th cent. French bibliographers in the literary categories (“Belles-Lettres”, “Littérature française”, “Littérature ancienne” et “Littérature étrangère”). But we also give the result of how the edition team interpreted the titles and signatures of the books. The choises of interpretation were made in common, and were explained in the following document. We strongly recommend that your read the document previous to any use of the data from the BiblioBase.
